Brewing a blooming tea takes a few simple steps — and a little patience while it opens.
Pick a ball from your set and place it in a clear glass cup or pot.
Pour water just off the boil over the bundle so it can begin to loosen.
Over a couple of minutes the leaves relax and the flower rises into view.
Enjoy the cup, then top up with hot water for a second, lighter steep.

An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it by email. We may decline or adjust an order if an item is unavailable, and will let you know if that happens.
Prices shown on this site are approximate guides. The price for your order is the one we confirm in writing before dispatch.

We pack and ship orders from Prague across the Czech Republic.
Most orders are prepared within one to three working days. We will confirm dispatch by email.
Typical delivery takes two to five working days after dispatch, depending on the address and courier. Times are estimates and may vary.

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in line with Czech and EU consumer law. Please note that, for food and sealed consumable products, returns may be limited once a package has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within a few days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method, usually within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or agreeing the refund.
